Sacramento Sheriff John McGuiness created the first fully integrated county-wide OffenderWatch® implementation in the state of California, together with Police Department partners - Sacramento PD Chief Braziel, Elk Grove Chief Simmons, Citrus Heights Chief Body, and Folsom Chief Spiegel.  Each agency maintains their own separate banners and identity, yet offers to the citizens of the county a fully integrated single database of over 3000 offenders.  The integrated solution is available from each agencies web sites.  This  kind of program represents leadership cooperation at it's best, and is the new standard for cooperative offender management and personalized community notification.
