Mr. Luzynski, co-founder of Watch Systems, was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Fuelman. One of the co-founders of Fuelman, Mr. Luzynski helped guide the company from a startup in 1985 to a company with over 300 employees and $100 million in annual sales in 1999. Upon leaving Fuelman in June 2000, Mr. Luzynski acquired controlling interest in Watch Systems. Prior to joining Fuelman in 1985, Mr. Luzynski was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick where he served as a Senior Manager. At KPMG Peat Marwick, he was responsible for audit, tax, and management consulting services to early-stage, privately-held emerging growth companies, including Fuelman. Mr. Luzynski earned a B.S.B.A. degree with Cum Laude honors from St. Louis University in 1977 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike is President and co-founder of Watch Systems.  During the past nine years, Mike has worked closely with local as well as state and federal level agencies developing a keen understanding of the public safety market encompassing the federal, state and local level.  He has worked to develop national best practices for sex offender program management and community notification and has provided solutions across the nation.   His responsibilities have also included leadership in strategic objectives and business strategy and sales/account management for state-level solutions.  He is actively involved with the National Sheriffs’ Association, where he currently serves on a number of committees as well as in a advisory capacity to a number of state associations as it relates to issues of sex offender registration, verification and community notification. Mike lives with his wife and five children in Slidell, Louisiana. 

Mark is responsible for  OffenderWatch® sales and marketing management. With 25 years of software product marketing, business development, and sales experience, Mark's prior experience includes senior national sales postions where he sold and supported software, support and development services to consortiums of local/state/federal law enforcement, and positions where he sold and supported other law enforcement software, including integrated justice solutions. Mark has created and implemented installed base management and support programs that provided oustanding life-cycle services and support to clients . With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, Mark lives in Baton Rouge, LA.

Jonathan joined Watch Systems in 2005.  He is responsible for OffenderWatch® implementation for new clients as well as overseeing support of existing clients.  He has 10 years of information technology experience and holds two Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, SQL Server 2005. Previous experience includes management and technical roles in a national service organization supporting large corporate accounts as well as government entities.
