Lou Luzynski, Managing Partner
Mr. Luzynski, co-founder of Watch Systems, was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Fuelman. One of the co-founders of Fuelman, Mr. Luzynski helped guide the company from a startup in 1985 to a company with over 300 employees and $100 million in annual sales in 1999. Upon leaving Fuelman in June 2000, Mr. Luzynski acquired controlling interest in Watch Systems. Prior to joining Fuelman in 1985, Mr. Luzynski was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick where he served as a Senior Manager. At KPMG Peat Marwick, he was responsible for audit, tax, and management consulting services to early-stage, privately-held emerging growth companies, including Fuelman. Mr. Luzynski earned a B.S.B.A. degree with Cum Laude honors from St. Louis University in 1977 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike Cormaci, President
Mr. Cormaci joined Fuelman in 1999 to refine the idea behind Watch Systems, gaining first-hand knowledge of business practices and the differing sales cycles typical of the law enforcement community. Prior to joining Fuelman, Mr. Cormaci was employed by Dunn & Bradstreet, where he gained extensive experience managing the accounts of Proctor & Gamble, NCR, Standard Register, Bank One, National Insurance, and Humana Health Care. Mr. Cormaci graduated from Kansas State University in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Marketing.

Mark A. Wilson, VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Wilson is responsible for OffenderWatch sales and marketing management.. With 25 years of software product marketing, business development, and sales experience, Mr. Wilson's prior experience includes senior sales and itions with GCR & Associates, where he sold and supported the SAFETNet deconfliction program nationally, various positions where he sold and supported law enforcement software, including integrated justice solutions. Mr. Wilsonhas sold database software to large institutional clients in the US and Europe, and also sold complex hardware and network configurations to major governmental and industrial clients in Louisiana. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, Mr. Wilson lives in Baton Rouge, LA.
