July 26–28, 2026, law enforcement leaders from across the country will gather in Orlando, Florida, for the SRLEEA 2026 National Conference and Training Summit, hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld.

Law enforcement executives, sheriffs, police chiefs, command staff, and senior public safety professionals are expected to attend this national gathering focused on leadership, operational excellence, and the future of public safety.

The conference is led by the Small and Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association in partnership with Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy Associates, National Association of Professional Staff in Public Safety, and Volunteer Law Enforcement Officers Alliance. Together, these organizations create a dynamic learning environment that brings together leaders and professionals from agencies of all sizes throughout the United States.

Attendees will participate in timely and forward looking training sessions addressing leadership development, agency operations, officer wellness, workforce challenges, and emerging issues facing today’s public safety professionals. The partnership of multiple national organizations expands the conference’s reach and provides a diverse range of perspectives and training opportunities.
