OffenderWatch® Names Matt Walker as Chief Executive Officer

Covington, LA — August 17, 2026 — OffenderWatch®, the nation's leading sex offender registry management and community notification platform, today announced the appointment of Matt Walker as Chief Executive Officer. 

Walker brings more than 30 years of experience as a strategic and operational executive with a track record of scaling SaaS and services-driven organizations. He joins OffenderWatch® most recently from Civix, a provider of government technology solutions, where he served as Chief Operating Officer overseeing customer-facing operations and driving growth across the company's public-sector software platforms. Over his career, Walker has built a reputation for operational rigor, process optimization, and go-to-market strategy, with deep expertise spanning product management and customer success in mission-driven organizations.

Walker will guide OffenderWatch®’s strategy and growth, helping law enforcement agencies nationwide efficiently monitor offenders, share records, and receive critical alerts.
