Watch Systems Announces General Release of OffenderWatch® Live

Watch Systems LLC today announced the General Release of OffenderWatch® Live, the platform for sex offender registry management and community notification used by law enforcement agencies nationwide.

OffenderWatch® Live is a browser-based registry management platform built for the daily work of registration desks, compliance units, and investigative staff. It supports offender registration and verification workflows, NCIC transaction processing, document management, investigative notes and tips, and automated community notification. The platform is CJIS-compliant and hosted via Nlets.

General Release means OffenderWatch® Live is the primary OffenderWatch® registry management platform, under full production support. Agencies joining the OffenderWatch® network start on OffenderWatch® Live, and current OffenderWatch® agencies can schedule their upgrade by contacting their OffenderWatch® representative.

OffenderWatch® Live also introduces new tools for registry staff and administrators: single sign-on and simplified user setup, more multi-select search fields, search templates that can be saved for an agency, a state or system-wide, and improved offender auditing, including views and searches, with easier access for administrators. The platform also offers NCIC and Remote Express integrations, though NCIC transaction processing is not yet available to every agency.

Registration and notification requirements vary significantly by state, and some OffenderWatch® Live capabilities are not yet available in every state. Watch Systems continues to deliver state-specific statutory capabilities under published, per-state delivery schedules.
